A few questions for the good doctor.

I've recently started to date a post-op transwoman (for the uninformed that means she was a guy but is now a chick) and last night I got a blowjob (a KILLER blowjob by the way) and am curious about a few things assuming I'll make it to 3rd base one of these days.

1) Obviously no chance of pregnancy but what about STD's? Do trans chicks produce any kind of vaginal lubricant? I assume if I rode her hard enough there's the chance of rubbing her raw or breaking the skin so there's the potential for any blood born nasties. Can transwomen be carriers of skin born diseases like herpes? Its not that I'm looking for bareback sex, just wondering.

2) How deep does the after market vaginal cavity go?

3) Speaking of the holy of holes what happens when a transwoman takes a creampie? I know with "natural" women some of the spunk can be squeezed out (which is DAMN sexy by the way) and I'd imagine that some makes it up and into the cervix where it tries to do what sperm will do. But if I understand the M to F operation correctly the tube thats built is effectively a dead end street. If you dump your load and there's no where to go will it just back out like an overflowing gutter?

No, I'm not busting balls these are serious (ok maybe not serious but they are legit) questions. Thanks!

Oh, and almost forgot to mention that I caught the 3 hour Weird Medicine replay last weekend and god damn it was great radio. Informative, respectful, insightful and completely kick ass funny!!! Not sure if this is something you're looking for Dr. Steve but why in the hell doesn't XM/Sirius pick up the show for every weekend?

A few questions for the good doctor.

at your service, my friend. :-)

very interesting...we did the more uncommon TransMen on our show recently, when Chaz Bono decided to reveal the secret to the world. There are very few TransWoman lesbians out there, so there are a lot of men having sex with TransWomen.

1) Obviously no chance of pregnancy but what about STD's? Do trans chicks produce any kind of vaginal lubricant? yes to all of the above, except for the lubricant issue. The transwoman pouch is skin that has been sort-of converted into mucus membrane, and to my knowledge does not produce much lubrication. If there are any transwomen out there with differing information, please let me know. You're not at much risk for blood borne diseases (unless you have ulcers or cuts on your junk, too), but herpes, chlamydia, syphillis and gonorrhea are all on the menu. It doesn't matter who you're sleeping with, you need to know them and even then you can still catch stuff if they don't know they're carrying.

2) How deep does the after market vaginal cavity go?

depends on the surgeon and the person's original anatomy. Half the fun is finding out for yourself!

3) Speaking of the holy of holes what happens when a transwoman takes a creampie? It's basically the same as a woman who has had a hysterectomy. You dump your load, and the body eventually drains it back out into the light. TransWomen may need to do more douching to keep things fresh and clean, but either way there's nowhere for your seed to go but out.

No, I'm not busting balls these are serious (ok maybe not serious but they are legit) questions. Thanks!

no, they're perfectly appropriate questions, given the circumstances.

I wonder which one they played?

I knew the XM people...we could have worked something out, easily. I just don't know the Sirius people, and they don't know me. We'll see! The way I see it, as long as we don't have a "formal" (read: financial) relationship, we're free to do whatever the hell we want to do on our show. I just feel privileged to even have a national forum at all, and I also think we're still rank amateurs so the practice is doing us good.

thanks for the kind words!

Dr. Steve does great on the radio and always has great topics. I love Weird Medicine.

Although I have to hold myself back occasionally when they are discussing things that are still in the research stage or relatively new.

That kind of surprises (the herpes, chlamydia, syphillis and gonorrhea) me.

I'm sporting 7.5 hard and couldn't tap bottom.

I wish I could give you a complete rundown of which ones they aired but given what was discussed between yourself and PA John I'd have to gather it was some of your earlier material. As for Sirius I wish, no PRAY (and thats coming from a very lapsed catholic), that something is formalized since you deliver some amazing radio. I've about had enough of Jason Ellis on 202 and think you'd be a killer replacement for that window.

thanks for the kind words!
You're quite welcome!

don't hold back! generally, if something is new or unproven, we try to say so up front. Sometimes we forget, so feel free to jump in! the whole idea is to be interactive, even when we're prerecorded. Call us at 423 DIE TUTI anytime, and make sure to call in when we're live on Oct 17th!

your pal,.
