I'm betting now that it is Ron's views on Walter Cronkite. Ron was completely off base yesterday (IMO) - Cronkite was actually a journalist, not just a talking head. He put in his time doing real reporting and finished his career providing news to the nation.

You're probably right. But, I think Ron was just trying to get a debate going, which of course, he didn't get.

I was confused when he said "I told my bosses" aren't O&A his bosses? Or does the corporate world have it now that they can't hire and fire their own guys.

That makes very little sense to me too - he is the EP of the O&A show, so they should automatically be notified about everything.

In terms of the corporate hierarchy, it is evident that Steve is an employee of SiriusXM first and the O&A show second. However, Steve should see them as completely equal since O&A need as much, if not more, info than the Sirius brass.

I don't know how, but it always amazes me how much of a selfish ass Anthony can be. The only way we can possibly survive and grow as a society is through cooperation and some form of maintaining "the common good."

That said, the government wastes an amazing amount of money and I am COMPLETELY behind tax reform. However, leaving the least fortunate in our society to rot would only lead to trouble and increased problems.

Yeah, he is arguing from selfishness and emotion rather than facts. The "I don't want the Government to take more of my money," argument falls apart when faced with rationalism and facts.

I agree - much better than I expected it would be. The Doctor was able to argue very well and didn't get flustered.

And Patrice disappeared after only a few minutes on-air. Don't know what happened there.
