I have not tried the cherry flavored diet sodas... guess I'll have to do that. I recently switched over to diet soda because I came to the realization a few months ago that regular soda just does not quench my thirst. It may taste better but I'm still thirsty afterwords.... I tried a diet and it works like a charm. I only really drink soda at work (only drink available from vending machine) but I would end up drinking like 3 every day until I tried diet. Now its just one soda and it lasts me through all breaks... now I'm all about the diet.:drunk:

I was anti diet soda before I discovered it. Nothing beats a Dr. Pepper made with real sugar instead of corn cyrup though.

Ah, a Dublin Dr Pepper. I've not had one, but heard many times they are great. That's the original bottler, and they sell all the DP syrups, bbq sauce and ice cream toppings too. In NYC, only cane sugar Coke and Pepsi get bottled, and that's mainly for passover.

Yeah, I forgot about Pepsi and Mountain Dew Throwback and Pepsi Natural. Those all have the cane sugar as well, but they were pretty sporadic as far as being available to buy. The Throwbacks are coming back later this year, but I don't know if they will be widely available.

I'm only starting to see cans of Caffeine Free DP becoming available now after elsewhere for years, so I don't hold out a lot of hope.

I tried that a few times, because i'm such a big fan of regular Diet Dr. Pepper, and I must say it massively dissapointed me. Its just got a "flat" taste to it and doesn't do it for me.

I've grown to love Cherry Diet Pepsi though...but only at a certain temperature. Take it out the fridge, let it sit out for about a half hour....Gold.

Other than that, i'm just drinking straight Diet Coke.
