Ice cream cakes

Tonight i bought an ice cream cake from carvel's for my son's birthday.
I noticed that the cookie layer in the middle was particularly thin and did not extend to the center of the cake.
so, i am forced to ask, what the fuck has this world come to?!
eh, false outrage to be sure,
but i've noticed that carvel's been going down in quality for the past few years

So who in you opinion has the best ice cream cakes?

That's a shame. I haven't bought a carvel cake in a while, but that is always my go to for ice cream cakes.

I'm not an ice cream fan, cake or otherwise, but it doesn't surprise me that they've started skimping on ingredients.

I think every manufacturer has started making things smaller rather than jacking up the price.

I had an Entenmann's chocolate donut the other day and it was half the size of what I remember them being.

Ice cream cake is such a scam. Why ruin delicious ice cream by mixing with something as obviously inferior as cake? A scoop of ice cream on a slice of pie is where it's at. FUCK CAKE.

the cookie crumb layer in the middle rules! the last Carvel cake i bought was covered in the cookie crumbs. it looked like sh!t with blue icing "Happy Birthday" written on top of cookie crumbs, but it disappeared in seconds.
