I'm afraid I'm gonna get murdered for this cause it has to have been done already (I cant find it if it has), but as a super noob I'd like to ask:

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BIT OF ALL TIME?

Mine?

Paul-O Asswack bit...

Fuckin hilarious!
Had some of the great old characters: Iris, Jan Brady, Vietnam Vet, Asian Guy(?), Puerto Rican Gut(?)...
Had Paul-O in the classic defensive rambling...
Had Lenay D fuckin with him...

LAUGH OUT LOUD FUNNY!
Big AAAAA too...

Probably the hardest I've ever laughed at a bit was the day Anna Nicole Smith died, and R&F treated it as a national tragedy. They started it on the XM show, as I remember, but it was the Free FM show that night where it really took off.

"And I looked at my kids, and I said to them, 'Anna's eatin' Trimspa with Jesus.'"

Yeah that was a fuckin classic...
He talks about his kids innocent faces making him furious!
And that he was in school when he heard the news and they passed a joint around laced with black dust pcp...

Wow the words under your name made me gag for a second...

The first thing that comes to my mind is when they were talking about how far they could throw Baby Love.

But that Anna Nicole thing had me rolling too.

The whole Al Dukes fusbol table / pinball machine debacle sticks out. Also from JFK when a mysterious guy kept calling to threaten fez when Ron stepped out of the room to take care of some business. That was very funny.

I'm partial to the Fez loves Dawn bit.

It's brilliant because Ronnie completely abandons the bit halfway through.

It actually had me captivated the first time I heard it live.

There was this one that had me crying with tears but I cant remember when it was. Probably towards beginning of XM

It involved the gamecocks, Coach Nut, a player called Dick and it went on from there. Very funny stuff

Another bit I loved was Ronnie B's Collectibles, in which Ronnie said that any "collectible" a caller asked for could be had.

Babe Ruth-autographed Tampa Bay Rays jersey? Yeah, Ronnie B can get that for you.

The first bit that popped into my head was one time when Lenay was in the studio and telling Knock Knock jokes.

It went something like this:

Lenay: Knock Knock
R&F: Who's there?
Lenay: Mikey
R&F: Mikey who?
Lenay: My key is stuck in the door.
R&F Mikey is stuck in the door? Oh my God - we have to get him out of there!
Lenay: No, no my key is stuck in the door!
R&F: I know, we understand, your father is stuck in the door! Maybe we should call the fire department!
Lenay: No you don't understand .....

Downloaded them and listened to them on my ipod.
Noob to the board and listening to the sirius live show.
But I've probably listened to 500-600 of the files in the file library.

Opie and Anthony were syndicated here in Sac back in 2001 so i would hear about R&F, but never heard a show.

When they left Rutger Hauer alone in the studio and he started answering phone calls from Iris and others.

Download it here: http://www.ronfez.net/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=2151

I was driving home from a summer night class when it was on. I tuned into Ron and Fez and was confused when it was just some guy, Rutger, in the studio talking with no one else around.

On that download go to about 42 minutes in for when everyone starts leaving.

That reminds me of one. When I first started listening on WJFK, they were playing some best of's from WNEW. Right around the time they played that one, they played the one where Dukes (I think it was him, at least) read a letter of apology saying he couldn't go through with the Prince Albert piercing. That was some funny shit!

How many 9 year olds can you beat up

Biggest animal you can kill

How many men it would take to kill a bear

If Jesus were an athlete (wife and I near died laughing at that one on a cross country road trip)

Giant lobster vs regular sized Rhino

And best hands down: Mikey D broken dick. I laughed my ass off siting in a subway listening to my inno eating lunch by myself. People thought I was retarded, but that was some funny shit.

The caller who was looking for "The Make Believe Ballroom" was pure gold.

Iris.

"Radio". The kid who called in just to let Ron know what was happening on other radio stations.

And pretty much anything that would get Al Dukes all fired up.

The John Mayer interview was great. I have listened to it probably 15-20 times. I can't believe he had the balls to do smash or trash.
I don't know what happened... I really thought he was going to be a Buddy like Jay Moore but he totally flaked.
