Growing up with Rastafarians I have had to eat foods that had no salt added that were still delicious. Until you start experimenting with natural seasonings you never realize that you can accomplish great tasting food without any additional salt.

We have a health food store near me owned by Rastafarians. Best fresh food in the world there. And they are very knowledgeable in natural remedies for allergies and such which helps me greatly.

I agree. I really don't eat much processed foods anymore. But I didn't radically change my diet overnight. I worked at it slowly so I didn't get overwhelmed or frustrated. One of the biggest changes I made was eating only vegetarian lunches. I don't miss lunch meat.

However, Fred has no idea how any of this stuff works and probably just let everything ride without thinking about it again. After 15 months Fred wants stuff changed, contacts MLC, things blow up, and MLC sends Fred the bill for what he has had to pay so far.

I have no inside knowledge at all, but that sounds like a reasonably plausible scenario to me.
