So after listening to the show today I have wondered what the over / under is on ESD???

While I agree that the snide comments are funny to a certain extent I also feel that since Dave thinks he has a good foot hold in the show (filled in a lot to help Fez during the darkest days) he can say things under his breath and poke fun at the co-host...

Note to Dave, remember it is Ron & Fez.....you have 3 mouths to feed and very few skills for the real world!

For the foreseeable future...like it or not its the Ron and Fez show featuring East Side Dave. Fez has gone insane, and apparently Ron cant/wont force him to wake up/take a leave of absence.

Id be the first in line for "The Ron Bennington Show" - but as long as the format stays as is, Fez will continue to play the heel, and ESD will be the only regular character that Ron can discuss a wide range of topics with.

So whatever the number...Im taking the over

If he's still operating in his current fashion by 2010 I'd be surprised. VERY surprised. This isn't a shot at Dave, but I think it's fairly obvious his current contributions to the show are causing too much turmoil. An uneven performance from Dave is damaging Fez's perception of how he functions in their dynamic.

This is all a matter of show dynamics, and the Buddays need to have a meeting and retool the configuration. That's all. No need to can Dave, necessarily, just streamline his performance.

I wanted to call so badly today, I hate to say I feel bad for Fez because I think he does have some problems but...

Perrynoid said it best...he would stab his own mother to get a job, especially a co-host shot.....Now is Dave that smart, yep...he is only half as stupid as he looks and sounds. Is he doing it on purpose, I doubt it but I could be wrong...he does have mouths to feed and maybe looking to move up (either third mike or elsewherein the XM/Sirius nation).

I think Dave is a genious in a lot of ways and will / does make a great addition to the show but he MUST realize this is not helping Fez, the show or Ron. I believe he should sit down and hash this out in private with Fez / Ron and it all stay in the room, no show fodder (as Ronny calls it)

That would be one way but the formality of something like that is - eh, I don't know - even if there are serious problems with the current state of affairs. Everyone knows exactly what the problems are and one of the parties isn't doing what he could do and should do to END them or reduce them by 99%.

He's playing stupid, and it doesn't take a paranoid to wonder why.
