Jekyll and Hyde Observations:

[Warning:Quite Painfully Specific]

-Got there at around a quarter to 7 standing in the cold and wind. The guard at the door kept looking at me thinking I was gonna do something but I was just waiting for someone that I remotely knew would come.

-Eventually out of a taxi arrives my boy F1gm3nt, Baby Anna and his friend minimaltastik (Myke Myers). Then get on line and F1g spots me standing up a wall like a dumb ass, so we go up a flight of stairs that lead to an elevator where we are greeted by some old maid with a broom and are "scared to our wits" with the shrinking elevator... NOT! Then we finally arrive to the second floor where there is the bar, the stage on the ground floor and tables that could fit four or five. Us four get our drink on for a short time, (I didn't get carded here, had 4 beers I think) and then F1g and Anna went back outside to see who else would be coming. Jersey Rich and Hot4Teacher (Helen) arrive first followed by Helen of Joy, my boy MikeyD and surprise, surprise lil Lenay came dressed like a little Harry Potter with the glasses (so cute, Hey Helen of Joy did Lenay and that other little boy hit it off ;) ). Then they all started flooding in then we got our seats. Angry Missy Baby, Ten, F1gm3nt and Anna at one table, Gwen, Tazz, Hosp with bong like fountain glass, CYYYFYYY next to them, adjacent from them against the wall were Cruel Circus, Jersey Rich, Hot4Teacher, Helen of Joy, MikeyD, Lenay, ICG, Mira, PanterA, Lisa Croft while I was originally stuck in a "romantic table" overlooking the stage below with impactplayer2k1(Right, Helen of Joy ;)) We eventually found an opening in the farthest corner from arguably the "in-crowd" and we sat there: myself, impactplayer2k1, JerryTaker, Inkgrrl, (sans one member...) legroommusic, FiveB247, Windowlck and my girl Poison Ivy. We all got down to eating and our bill at our table was a whopping well it doesn't matter... damn gratuity is soo expensive! I'm just happy Windowlck came back to pay his due cuz he "exited stage right after the bill was given". Thank you my brotha. Nice people and service but damn the prices, which you would expect anyway.

After J&H we all ventured/trekked to the WNEW studios. Storming the studio was pointless. We were basically standing outside while Helen of Joy, Lenay, ICG and Mira obviously got their way through security. The show was going to end shortly so we basically unfruitful. Lenay did good though. WHOO-HOO Lenay! Al Dukes made a short appearance if that mattered at all.

Then we basically split ways... some went to BB Kings I gather while the rest I assumed, minus those who had to leave by then decided to go to Iggys. Some people took their cars, others took taxis while a bunch of which included me tried to walk it (slowly became a leper colony before my eyes I shouted into the darkened moonlit sky).... only like 20 some blocks nothing hmmm... LOL! Make a long story short while a few continued to walk, myself, Taker and his two friends who I again forgot their names sorry the beer again decided to take a taxi from 59th street there. Damn those high heels ladies! Comfortable shoes, I can't stress that enough. When we get there, surprise, surprise we are asked for ids at Iggys. That didn't happen last time I went there... oh well. My three companions got in but I was denied. I heard that another one of my friends got ided earlier. DAMN! I really need a fake ID! That was the end of my night. I made it home at exactly midnight, God that was an early night! As I am writing this they are still at Iggys having fun drinking the night/morning away. DAMMIT, oh well!

Other Notes:

- I wanted to say I had a great time as always and wanted to thank you guys for making it a fun night although it was short, for me anyway. I wanted to give special shout outs to my table for being the most loud and obnoxious, all in love mind you of everyone out there... WHAT? WOOO! WHO! miscellaneous/AFRO jibber-jabber ran rampant when they were putting the

Last night was a blast! My table was the best thanks to: legroom, inkgrrrl, windowlck, 5B, jerrytaker, oh yeah, and poison ivy.

On the way to the studios, I lost my cell phone. thanks to a nyc transit worker, he called and i'll be getting my phone back today. thank god for that.

Hosp was really cool, but next time we got to ditch cyyyfyyy. We walked from the studios to iggy's!

This on the AP: It seems ivy felt icky because she couldn't keep up with impactplayer2k1. he may have lost his phone during the fight but he emerged victorious with a classic 2-fingers behind ivy's head in one of the pics. This caused ivy to leave and make impactplayer the winner.

it was great seeing all of you since Im leaving next week to go back to school and ill be away till late april. Its been really great meeting people Ive 'known' for awhile and also meeting a whole bunch of new people.

Hey Everyone -- We all had a GREAT time last night at J&H and the walk to the studio -- thanks to all of you for embracing "Lenay" into our board family --- I know there was alot of people last night but she did mention Joey before she went to sleep & really remembered him as "Shaggy" -- she loves Lisa - she says that's her older sister - She remebered JerseyRich & Hot4Teacher & CruelCircus -- please don't feel slighted if she didn't remember all of you - she is only 4 1/2 years old -- She knows Pantera & even as I write , she's telling me to say "hi" to you buddy -- BUT - a real BIG thanks to Ice Cream Girl - thank you for helping me calm her when we first got there - you really "broke the ice" for her - she was so scared & you were so nice to her -- I really appreciate that -- & she wants that ice cream with the rainbow sprinkles soon !!!! Hosp - we'll see about that pic -- To the rest of the gang - can't wait to do it again - I'm getting ready to start shoveling (that sucks) - but Helen & I know who was there last night & always feel welcome & at ease when we have these get togethers. But before I go - one more thing - To FiG -- man, thanks for setting eveything up last night & you may have a new "girlfriend" in Lenay - she really liked you - you remind her of her Godfather !!! & you were soooooooo cool with her -- Thanks dude!!! My thoughts:

Orgy: I really have no need to see Gvac, Hosp, Tazz, or AG naked. Figment's another story, he's my bitch, he knows I dig machismo.

Medeval Times: No theme restaurants. Please. Can we have an UPSCALE night out, maybe some sort of Rat Pack thing? I've got some ideas for hitting some places downtown, if need be.

I too would say skip the theme resteraunts - altho i suppose it's a little late for that seeing as we were just at jeckyl and hyde's - hehehe. I love the upscale thing - i know a ton of places we could go. (Veruka, Circa Tabec, Eugene, etc) I would definately be down for that.
All i know is friday was an amazingly fun time. Can't wait to do it again - should do it again soon ;)

If were gunna go to an upscale restaurant, bar, then it probably wouldnt be for all of us, alot of people would probably stay home on that one- anyway you dont want a party of 40 marching in places like that anyway. For once or twice it would be nice, but its also fun to be able to have EVERYONE come out and places like J&H make it easier to bring the whole family, and also make conversation with people you dont know too well easier. Theres alot to discover, and point out and discuss in those types of places. A more upscale place would be for people who really know eachother, and its not a family event.

sure Im in for something like that, maybe for Valentines Day? Ill have to start saving NOW I guess because college students HAVE NO MONEY.

I really would like to go to mideval times. I don't have a suit for something upscale. Swordfighting would be cool, but I wouldn't really want to do "dinner thearer" or anything like that. I don't want to do Chuck E cheese either. Can someone come up with something really good?

First thing you need to know when planning stuff like this is there is no way to please everyone. If you involve the under 21 crowd, 90% of your options are gone. I wouldn't be comfortable with an upscale place, if you can't wear jeans there I'm not intrested. We're all smart people, we could figure this out. I've always wanted to go to Medevil Times, but the single sided long seating arrangements don't play well to a large group hanging out.

hmmm okay... let me think on this for a bit and ill post some ideas- im usually good at coming up with things like this. The problem is were alot of different people and alot of different ages and its not cool to do something when you KNOW someones not gunna be able to go. I think it was nice to be able to have Lenay, and im 18 and I wanna go out too ya know.
