Time was when the dynamic of the show was Ron, Fez, and the entire audience except ET against the interns and producers, and the occasional out-of-line friend of the show.

Events changed, and the newer dynamic included Dave's obvious and growing disrespect of Fez that coincided with his additional mic time.

Untenable for a strong Fez, even if a weak post-heart attack Fez didn't care enough to worry about it while it was happening.

Now we have a Dave faction that Fez isn't tolerating because as long as it exists, Fez can't occupy his rightful status again without worrying the faction will become larger and more threatening - maybe not to his job but at the very least to his day to day work satisfaction. Fez is shutting it down.

The fact that Dave is still there is testament to generosity on Fez's part, not assholedness. They could bring someone on tomorrow who can "talk" for a long time and would be grateful for the chance, if that's what is needed.

The sooner Fez can silence the disrespect, the sooner he can get back to being Fez. And the "he doesn't talk" rap is bullshit. Listen to today's show again. He was there as much as he ever was.

What worries me is this....FEZ just a couple nights ago had a two hour crying jag over and a sleepless night over some dude who is into CHICKS, just got married and never gave him the time of day... SIX years ago.
He is crying over a non relationship that took place six years ago for two gottdamn hours??
