Knife or Gunshot Wound? Which is worse?

Both would sting, that's for sure.

Knife wounds tend to close back when the knife is withdrawn...in a minor stab wound bleeding would tend to be less

Gunshot wounds tend to be small going in, but larger coming out, and they're ragged. so in a minor gunshot wound bleeding would tend to be more.

A dirty knife wound with less bleeding is probably worse than a clean gunshot wound as long as the definition of "minor" is that no arteries or major organs are involved.

So the answer is, it depends. :-) I'll take the clean minor gunshot wound over a minor knife wound with a cowpie-caked blade anyday. Also psychologically, I think the gunshot is less personal than having someone jab at you with a knife. At least it is for me. :-)
