But its not about backbone or Freedom of Speech-that is what Ron is completely missing. Its all about companies and customers. The companies are all still advertising on Fox-Ronnie is COMPLETELY WRONG that they are off Fox. They are all still advertising on Fox to the same audience as before (because the same audience that watches Glenn will watch Hannity, Greta, etc). They are simply trying to market to liberals by telling Fox not to broadcast their commercials during Beck's show.

Free speech or Freedom of Speech is not at issue here, because the govnerment is not involved. These are private companies and customers expressing their opinions. No government official is trying to tell anyone what to either do or not to do.

Sicne the government is not involved and this is not a Free Speech or Freedom of Speech issue, people or groups like HTG's or companies like Fox can say or do whatever they want.

No one has broken the law and no one has infringed on anyone's constitutional rights. Ronnie, and some others, are missing the boat on this point.

I think you're right in that the only solution here is more expression of opinion. Encouraging people NOT to express themselves or stating that they are wrong to do so is, in itself, wrong.
