I like Football, I enjoy College Football (esp at bowl time)

The problem is that my Alma Mater had no College Football Team and NY does not have a local team

The other problem is that there are 12322222222222 College Football Teams to choose from

I cheer for the underdog Rutgers, but lets be real, they are not good enough to be my favorite team..



I do like the Notre Dame fight song, so this makes them the leader to be my favorite team.




Please try to talk me into choosing your favorite team..

The Longhorns have enough fans that never attended the school. I have friends who graduated from UT and absolutely hate the band wagon people. Though Austin is a blast.

You can catch us this Saturday against Louisiana Tech @ 7:00 p.m. on ESPNU. I'll be the nervous guy in the front row of the upper deck, Sec 103, around the 25 yard line with one boy in Orange hair, and the other boy in Blue (they haven't decided if they're painting their faces yet), and our newest member in a white AU Cheerleader outfit.

Watching the War Eagle circle the stadium from this spot is AUsome though. One of the coolest traditions (openings, anyway) in college football.

I think Virginia Tech would be a good pick for you. They're mid Atlantic, so they're still local for you, and they're consistently good. Penn State might be good for you too, and they have the best uniforms in college football as a bonus.

I used to work the LSU baseball camps and we used that indoor field but I never got to see the other stuff. I'm sure there are a few other schools with similar facilities but I can't imagine any being nicer.
