Your Favorite Chore

When I was in high school I had a job as a dishwasher in Swensons. I spent hours in front of that sink and got really good at washing dishes. I kind of got into a zone while doing it. To this day, washing dishes is about the only chore that I like doing, and if I had to pick a career by common chores, dishwashing would be mine.
What would yours be?

Laundry but only the sorting washing/drying part. I don't mind folding but for some reason I HATE putting the shit away. It could sit in the basket until I take it out to use it but I really dislike putting it in the drawers of my dresser. Weird.

I don't mind doing dishes, but if I had to do it as a job I'm sure I'd blow my brains out. So as to your question, it would have to be out door work like lawn care.

I enjoy cleaning the bathroom.

I really like mowing the lawn. I push mow too. I like being by myself with loud noise so I can forget everything else.

I frickin hate cleaning out the car. I frickin hate making the bed. I frickin hate dishes. I frickin hate chores.

I don't mind yard work. It is nice break from sitting in front of the computer all of the time.

I forgot about the lawn. Cutting grass is relaxing, but the allergies kill me sometimes. Doing dishes, the motions, the sounds, temperature, soap, and the feeling of accomplishment when you see the pile going away. I just find it an easy task.

I do "lawn work" 50 hrs a week and the sad thing is my lawn looks like shit.

i love the shomaker's kids ... i had a friend that works at verizon and can wire a hole house discreetly and beautiful, but his own apt is a mess of wires and jacks

dishes (the hot water) helps clear out my awful sinuses, i'm a pro at loading the dishwasher

This was the first thought in my head. No one wants to do it and while pledging a fraternity I got to do it a lot. There is something about the smell and the brightness of a just cleaned bathroom that is appealing. Also I like cleaning the mirror.

I tend to collect some stuff, and my cars trunk is such a mess. I fear the day I will get a flat and have to get to the spare. I know I have to clean it out one day, but I am bad at deciding what I ant, what I need and what should be dumped. I wish sometimes I could get someone to clean it out for me. When I see someone pop their trunk and I see the carpet, I wonder what they ever do in an emergency. But then again, like my flat example, what are the odds?
