For future reference:

when you have a puke bug, ratchet all intake down to non-carbonated clear liquids. I like Gatorade because it has some sodium and potassium in it, both things you lose when you puke or have diarrhea. Even though you puke it back up, you'll absorb some of it.

Once you haven't puked for 8 hours or so, you can try some chicken soup (add crackers if you're brave). If you don't puke that up, you can gradually add more and more complex stuff to your diet. It may take several days before you can tolerate dairy, though.

hope you feel better. If you ever puke so much that you get dizzy or weak, or if you puke up blood, or faint, go to the ER. Or see someone if you puke for more than a day.
