I only think it's "depressing" because of the music.
Watch it with the sound off and see if you feel the same.
The thought of aging used to bother me to the point where I'd get terribly aggravated if I saw a gray hair or two in my head. Then I realized how ridiculous it was to think you could stop the process. I've got a bunch of gray hair now, including on my chin.
Now I embrace the journey and wonder what other changes and insights the years will bring.

I didn't mean depressing because of aging, I meant because of how 6 years of life can be reduced to a 6 minute video and in our memory it can feel just as fast. Just being nostalgic I guess.

Ah!
Sorry I misunderstood, and I agree completely.
My parents always told me the older you get the faster time goes. It never made any sense to me.
Now I know exactly what they meant.
I can't tell you how unreal it seems that the whole "Y2K" scare was a full DECADE ago!
It doesn't seem possible.

I wonder how many of those days he doesnt even really remember anymore.
Have you ever looked at a picture of yourself and tried to remember what you were thinking back then?

I watched it with the sound off and it entertained me to stare at his sideburns changing the whole time.

Ha I thought his sideburns stayed the same the whole time and that it was odd he kept the exact same facial hair for six years.

I did.

Seemed like his hairline pushed back a little bit over the years.

the video is almost 6 minutes long......comprised of snapshots that appear for less then one second each.
Sentiments and yearning for the old days aside, life is long.

you probably can align them in photoshop or other imaging software.
I actually question if the pix are all in sequence, because sometimes his face would appear much fuller in one shot and back to regular in the next, aside from a slight beard beard giving the slimmer illusion the next day it seems impossible to change weight from day to day. His hair also seems short one day and long in the next shot, it's not a gradual change.
6 years did not really age him that much, especially in the age group he is in the changes are minimal. Still impressive, though I prefer the 365 faces of disgust :)
