like most things, to work best unions and management should be equal; if one side is much stronger, it shifts the balance.

oh boy, I forgot why I stopped listening on a daily basis... callers like this and uninformed callers like the one yesterday that had to tell something about some "new gun law" which turned out to be some old news from 2000 yet he started his conversation with "Obama is going to" ...

I'm still baffled that O&A and Jimmy use Red Eye to get publicity for their show. Yea, I guess any is good, but to use such an un-funny media is just bizarre.
