need help with dream interpretation

Hi buddys! Some of you know that I had gone through a break up and I took it tough. I was depressed for a long time, still am kinda, but Ive had these dreams of her lately and I'm looking for help on them, as far as intrepretation or what i can do to stop having these dreams.

The latest one is where I went back to the old workplace where her and I worked together. We sat in seperate meeting rooms but we made eye contact with each other for the first time since the break up. We didn't say hi or nod to each other but she looked back down at the desk in front of her and a tear rolled straight down her cheek. Then i woke up. What does this mean?

Before this one, I had dreams with different scenarios but they all had one ending. Her and I end up back together...holding hands and walking away.

Our love relationship is dead, I live 500 miles away from her so why these dreams? Could she be missing me and I'm recieving that telepathy? Anyone know whats going on?? Thanks everyone!

yeah, you're all right about the focus. I havent landed a fulltime job yet so once I start working, Im sure my focus will chance. But Im not sure what triggers these dreams since I dont raelly think about her during the day. And Im not about to go to s shrink becuase...well...look at a shrink is doing for Fez. Taking his money and drugging him up. Were's the Ron Bennington Corner when you need it? All of you have been really great, btw! Thanks!
