What is the cheapest car insurance. It is for a new female driver who has two accidents on her record. Age 30.

wow, 2 accidents as a NEW driver?
Insurance often has an accident forgiveness program and they do reduce the rates after x years of safe driving and over the age of 25, if she just started driving and had 2 accidents already I doubt there is a cheap option.
What state does she live in?

He said "female driver" so she's doing quite well actually.

how do you get to accidents and are a new driver?
if your new to it, it means you havent done it before.
If she was driving illegally then you can count on not getting insured by any major places.
You best bet is to look in the yellow pages. Whichever company has the smallest add is you bet.
call around and get quotes.

She firs lived upsate NY and drove without a licence becuase it was dead over there. Then she got a licence and lives in NYC. Her job makes her drive everyday to clients which rang from NJ to Philli and what not. During that time 2 accidents. She is changing insurance and looking for something cheep. She has made a bunch of calls just wondering if anyone knows any hidden jems out there.

esurance is pretty good.
It might be worth calling up Insurance Answer (1-800-233-3028, website is answerfinancial.com) They act as an agent for several insurers and check to see who has the lowest rate for your demographic. I ended up being able to go from $1400/year to $900 through Safeco with 100/300 and $500 deductible.

Maybe she needs to talk to her company about getting her a company car so that they will handle the insurance. Or even have the company pay for hers. That is putting quite a bit of miles on a personal car for her company.
