You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

set up takes maybe 2 minutes, you have to add a bank account or credit card.

I refuse to hook up paypal to my bank account or credit card. I don't trust them for a second.

Same here.

I go to my bank and get a Visa gift card. There's no extra charge, so a $25 Visa costs me $25 dollars.

paypal has been solid for me and has gone to bat for me a couple times. I couldn't be more pleased.
