You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

yeah; the translations from the original Hebrew of the old testament make some differences- even though there still is some things that "push the envelope"
such as in Hebrew it's Jonah and the Big Fish, not Jonah and the Whale
(which doesn't make that story any more "believable")

also some concepts - how they are interpreted - like the idea that "Seven Days of Creation" were literal days is not universal (obviously)
