I think Boomer hates Simms cause one time Boomer got kicked out of a bar for having a gay voice and Simms stayed inside.

I bet Boomer goes to a lot of places and gets mistaken for Simms. And I get the feeling it never happens the other way around.

I mean, I know Phil won a ring and a half... but Boomer was an MVP.

And for what it's worth, when did you hear this and are you sure it wasn't in jest? Boomer seems to take non-controversial stances, ESPECIALLY when it's with a co-worker. If Boomer legitimately said this, you don't think CBS would come down on him hard? I think you're exaggerating a bit.

For what's its worth - Simms is part of the main broadcasting team for a major television network's NFL broadcasts and also is a member of the Inside the NFL show while Boomer has a radio show in NYC. More importantly Simms was a Superbowl MVP for the New York Football Giants and Boomer played for the Bengals and Jets. 'Nuff said.

1) Boomer is part of the studio show for the same network.
2) Boomer is part of a very highly rated morning show on the biggest sports talk station in America.
3) Boomer has better stats and was an NFL MVP and a Joe Montana miracle away from earning the same number of rings Phil did.

Isn't Boomer on a Sunday NFL show as well ?

Plus Boomer is heard at the very least 5 days a week when Simms would only be heard on game days.

Easily? I wouldn't argue with you if you said you thought Simms was the better QB, but easily?

Not really. And I like Simms and think Boomer comes off like a dick sometimes.
