Theres a classy restaurant/bar in soho that is 18 and over called Gonzales y Gonzales.
It comes highly reccomended by my drunkard friends.

No offense but Gonzales y Gonzales is not classy.
You want classy and fun go to Orsay (by far my favorite NY restaurant), Lotus, Nobu.

The Oak Room in the Plaza Hotel is pretty upscale as well.

I actually thought of that, but $$? I figured it'd be better if i asked some of my party friends who are at a different bar every night for there opinions. they seemed to like GYG, ive never been there though. If it was up to me Id just rent a hotel room, order room service and get naked in the pool.
