Fez, while the ever colorful character when he chooses to work, basically brings nothing to the table. If this is a bit, then its time to end it. Scared of everything, increasingly insular, and silent - frankly, I cant imagine that this guy gets paid anywhere near Ron money. He contributes little, except for the hamhanded live read (I guess THATS something). That woman earlier said it best, the guy is going to do as little as possible if for no other reason than no one is pushing the issue, or no consequences but its time to GO.

Look, if the guy has actually lost his mind, then go get help, but I think, its time for the Ron and Dave show or some shit like that. Dave is a boob, but at least he contributes, and we can laugh at the clown. If a shows producers brought nothing to the show, they would be GONE.

Honestly, I think the Fez thing is all bullshit. He seems lazy. Look, Dick - Be gay, be happy and be entertaining. At the very least, the last one is your fucking job. He's not even a decent comic foil for Ron anymore.

Of course, tighten the belt and jump in like its 2000 again and all is fine, barring that, take care and be well.

Ron has more of a rapport with dave than with fez. When fez was out Ron was able to turn ESD into the sideshow geek we all know him to be. Since fez has been back hes been even more of a mess than hes been in the last two years. Something needs to change and Im glad Ron at least put some pressure on him on air. Doing nothing hasnt helped Fez on air, maybe pushing harder will help things.

And I posted a thread about this a few weeks ago, but there is zero chance that their check should be split 50/50. If its not thats great, but I dont see how anyone could logically make the case that they deserve to split the pot based on the on air product....and I like Fez, but this is the Ron Show now.
