I agree with that but 2k doesn't go very far. after you have paid the rent, what is left? and after getting a job how long will it take him to come up with the 2k over and above the bills that just keep coming?

I guess you forgot the "Earl gets knocked out in the O & A studio, feigns unconsciousness, and gets driven to the hospital in an ambulance" episode, which almost cost both shows a TON of grief.

Or maybe you've forgotten all the times he "quit" and walked out of the show and went home while they were on the air?
