Did anyone recognize the song from Friday's show opening?
I've been going nuts trying to find out what it was, with no luck. It kind of sounds like the Tower of Power horns, but I don't think it's them.
I've already checked the listening thread, but no one there knew who it was either.
Please help a brother out !

There's almost no lyrics to the Fri opener other than "boom, boom, boom, a boom, boom, boom", and some coke fueled, barely audible, 70's off mike ranting. Doing a search on just the lyrics in google, in this case at least, is fruitless.

I'm WAY behind on last week's show. I just started listening to Thursday's show. The opener on that day was Season of the Witch covered by someone. I don't know who, but it DEFINITELY wasn't Supertramp.

That sailor guy actually responds to spam reports! About 75% of the time, when I report spam, and there's a couple of Mods online, they all log off right away.
