He took the on air persona of Eric as what Eric actually is. That's the dumbest thing a listener can ever do. E-Rock plays the fall guy on air just as Dave does on his show, just as many over have before the both of them. But they wouldn't be there if they didn't do their behind the scenes jobs and if the on air talent didn't want them there.
