Earlier this week Ron stated that he felt this season of Unmasked has been less aggressive than previous seasons.
It kind of disappoints me that these shows are no longer being promoted, even though they're airing on the Raw Dog comedy channel each week.
So for those who have been listening, what's been your favorite thus far?
I know he's not popular with the 202 set but Engvall's was interesting

Looking back at the previous seasons, you can understand Ron's point. The bar was set pretty high.
Season 1
George Carlin (This one was recorded with Sonny Fox)
Carlos Mencia
Jeff Garlin
Bob Newhart
Bob Saget
Robert Klein
Jim Norton
Brian Regan
David Brenner
Susie Essman
Gallagher
Patrice Oneal
Season 2
Lewis Black
Margaret Cho
The Kids in the Hall (Dave Foley, Kevin McDonald, and Scott Thompson)
Janeane Garofalo
Jay Mohr
Louis C.K.
Seth Rogen
Tommy Chong
Richard Lewis
Simon Pegg
Jim Gaffigan
It's still early, so hopefully some bigger names can roll through and turn this season around.

I wonder if the reason they don't promote them is because they are only airing on Raw Dog not 202? I know they play the occasional Unmasked during a Ron and Fez show but they used to set aside time during The weekend for the newest Unmasked on 202.

They usually play one of the Unmaskeds as part of Ron Bennington Interviews, but oddly, it's usually one from season 1 or 2.

Ron hasn't even been mentioning these Unmasked's, even after they've aired.
He casually mentioned Yankovic's name a couple days ago, but never said that it was an Unmasked. As for Behar, her name was never mentioned.

Yeah that's what got me thinking that maybe Ron is upset that Sirius/XM is taking Unmasked in a different direction.

no "i haven't heard any of them" option?

I don't think "Unmasked" is getting the support from Sirius that XM gave it.
He may be a great businessman, but Mel Karmazin doesn't have a creative thought in his head.

"I haven't heard them all" wasn't good enough for you?

Maybe Sirius said that Ron can't talk about Unmasked on 202 anymore.

I've missed most of this season as well, since they haven't been promoted very well. The Cheech & Chong episode that aired today on 202 during the regular R&F timeslot was excellent. Are recordings of the earlier shows from this season available anywhere?
