I have gotten that reaction several times lately. Maybe from the same "person."
I am not sure why that is frightening. I am a appropriately educated, somewhat worldly, experienced person who approaches issues without a personal bias or overwhelming prejudice.

That being said, any issue the Christians fight for, I disagree with abortion, gay rights, death penalty, using military diplomacy, etc.

Ehhhhh...IMO all TV news is bullshit and hack. I can't watch anything on MSNBC because of Keith Olberman and am sure there are others who feel the same way about the various anchors on Fox, CNN, CBC (a Canadian leftwing cesspool), etc. It comes down to finding something that you feel provides the most objective delivery of content.

Unfortunately, I think Fox lead the way with the new style of journalism. Before them the news was content with fluff pieces and giving the weather. Fox took the bold step of taking extreme stances with a disregard for integrity or facts. The others followed suit, because they are not liberal, they are profit driven corporations.
