Hemorrhagic Fever in the Ukraine??? WTF!?

Dr Steve, have you heard anything about what is going on in the Ukraine? H1N1 is there but the ARI that everyone else has seems to be the real issue. Is it a result of the H1N1 or vice versa? Is it just coincidence that they are in the same place at the same time is it all a hoax? Why has our government said anything about it?

nothing new, they've had hantavirus outbreaks in the Ukraine since they discovered the damn thing.

Speaking as someone of part Ukrainian heritage I think it is just as likely that they have been having quality control problems with their stills and have been downing methyl alcohol after the store bought vodka runs out.
