You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

not sure of the song playing in the background, but the drop was from the HBO show "Eastbound and Down"...their website may have some soundtrack information on it...

not really, just a live read turned bit and from what I hear they don't replay live reads anymore
