Where I live it is very rare to find a "non-smoking" bar or restaurant. It is also difficult to find diet drinks, light beer or low-fat foods. Yet, most young people are relatively fit, thin and healthy. Its all culture. The U.S. can punitively tax all the things it wants but people will still consume it, no matter what the price.
