I just watched this movie, one of the 2007 After Dark HorrorFest titles, and it was really good.
The plot was simple and basically just your ordinary zombie/infection scenario but I think what made it different were the characters.
All of them residents of a NYC building with different personalities.
The concerned father, the daughter returning from the war, the gay neighbor ( possibly the father's lover but I think that's left to the viewers' interpretation ), the old WWII guy, his buddy, the single mother, the teenage son, etc ...
Even though I felt like I knew everything that was gonna happen it still kept me entertained.
I recommend it.
