Of late I have been very stressed out. I end up getting into an argument with someone (I am usually right) but instead of getting mad a 4 I get mad a 9 and start yelling and screaming like a fool. I do not get into anything physical but these temper tantrums are getting me into trouble. Does anyone know where I get go to group anger management classes or something cheap?

There's bound to be some sort of public mental health department number you can call. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying you're crazy or anything. It's just that those organizations always have all of the numbers and such, as who you can call for just about anything. Both free and paid.

A lot of lines are tied to ur health care plans as well. Look into that. Or just go to a Redskin's game and find Knowledged One and his family.

Sometimes, I walk away from the computer and walk off into the woods.
You know, the woods:

Then I don't feel so bad.

When I am stressed at work, I turn on Siriusly Sinatra - XM73.

I also listen to XM 27 The Bridge (Soft Rock)

I hope the original poster is doing well.

Thanks I am doing well... I have not yelled in a month and a half... Now when I get angry I remind myself yelling only makes things worse (Not as easy as it sounds) I am also going to the gym regularly... Not so sure if that is helping the anger management however it does make me feel healthier.

The gym is good. Exercise releases "feel good" endorphins. Plus, anything that makes you feel better is good. I'm glad you're doing better.
