Before stupid sports center and espn news, there was one man who gave us Highlights at 11:30 pm on a Sunday

Good article in the Washington Post about him today. A few things I didn't know. In the 60's, he was a record promoter, who's main job was trying to get Midwest stations to play Motown records. He was later a popular rock DJ in Philly, before moving on to WABC in NYC.
