is it possible to keep a cheap cigar like a dutch master from going stale without the use of a humidor? available tools are original box, fridge and freezer and any other common household item

why waste your time keeping a dutchie fresh? you can get them whenever, wherever.
but, if you must, get a ziplock baggie, a piece of plastic wrap and a damp paper towel.
im sure you can figure it out from here.

actually i sell them rather than smoke them and people dont want to buy stale dutches. i end up having to send over half a box back to the wholesaler because they go stale so fast.

Maybe through some act of universal harmony, putting it in a dutch oven lined with damp dutch crunch bread would work? I don't now, I'm not an expert.

next time you bust someone smokin weed, ask them how they keep their dutches fresh. maybe they will have some genius tip
oh wait, do you even bust people smoking weed in Cali?

Only if their dog just ate someone's face. But no, weed smokers rarely get in trouble these days, which is good. It's the scumbag growers that are getting hammered for abusing the well-intentioned medicinal grow laws and fucking up everyone's good time.

Just buy a humidor, they are not that pricey. And you will ALWAYs be able to use it.
Or a cooler, with a humidification device, and hydrometer

I thought the dutch used glycerin so they would not go stale......who told you they were stale, or are the hard as a rock ?

its like this.
get a tupperware container.
2 boveda 72% packs (3.99 each + free shipping @ amazon)
dutchies go in. packs go on top. they will hold at 70% humidity and stay fressh for just over 2 months. when its time, just replace the boveda packs.

my clerks and customers who smoke pot... i can tell the difference between the ones that come off the truck and the same blunts a few weeks later... they are hard and brittle. unfortunately once you let them go stale once, you start to get a reputation around town for having stale blunts... which is my own fault.
anyway tupperware and a wet towel or sponge sounds like a good idea
I think they come in 50-60 cigars/box depending on the flavor
