The President/CEO of my company calls me by the wrong name

It's a small to medium sized company with offices in Manila, Hong Kong. and London. Chances are you never heard of it.

He's called me "Lisa" three times. The first time I didn't notice because I was walking with a woman who happened to be named Lisa. The second time, I got to a company meeting early (I know, such a brown noser!) and we chatted. When he started the meeting he said, "As I was saying to Lisa..." I wondered if he was referring to me. Then today I passed him and he said, "Hi Lisa!"

That confirmed it.

I feel odd correcting him, although I'm sure he'd appreciate it. He's a nice and open person.

I'm just nervous since he's the CEO. I'm such a pussy when it comes to authority figures!

I thought that maybe your cologne was to blame, (but not unless he was calling you Al or John).

Next time there's a meeting, go in early and have a friend call you a few times while you're talking to him. Awkwardness avoided.

I spent an entire quarter in college being called by the wrong name by the person sitting next to me. I didn't particularly care, but about a week before the end of classes I was approached by the prof who called me by my real name ... that was a bit weird for a second.

I immediately correct someone when they have my name wrong but tactfully do it privately so as not to embarrass.
