question. well, comment first. i see you've finally caught up on your threads here. i hope that you didn't just rush through these to make your tee-time this week.

now question. i normally piss in a healthy, straight stream. today, however, was a different story. i pulled out the piglet, let it rip, and instead of being a stream it was more of a shower. (think "showers" setting on your garden hose gun thing") what would cause this?
do i need to be conerned? should i finally shower this week?

I promise I gave each question the same amount of time I usually do...it just took a whole day to do it. :-)

Tee time? I don't play golf, mofo! Hell, I don't know any docs around here that do (none I hang out with anyway) and no one gets a "day off" any more. That shit is in the past, for better or worse.

I'm betting the night before you had your sprayer-incident you jacked off. Gelled semen at the tip of the meatus can cause an effect not unlike holding your thumb over the end of a hose to spray the flowers. If that's not the case and it keeps up, it may be a sign of an "exudate" (protein-filled inflammatory liquid) and could be a sign of infection in or around the head of the penis.

If it keeps up without a good reason for it, get it checked out by a primary care provider or a urologist and keep me in the loop.
