ESD and Ronnie pretty much nailed both conversations in my mind. Fez is basically acting like ESPN and the media in general with it's involvement in hockey. They only care when a fight gets ugly or something bad happens that makes them call for an end to fighting in hockey...even though they don't watch it or know a fucking thing about it.

I don't watch football, but my husband will be watching both. But to compare the the supposed NCAA championship game to the first round of 4 for the NFL is pretty funny. To be honest, I'm sick of 60 randomly named bowl games of no importance all over the tv killing my normal programming.

I think at one point I saw a team one game over .500 playing for a bowl title? This can't possibly be interesting. By that standard, I guess we need another round of NFL games in which the awesome power of the Dolphins is pitted against the amazing talent in Jacksonville.

There have been .500 teams playing in the playoffs before, and the worst an nfl team can be is 9-7 and there have been plenty of those in the playoffs before.
