Proctitis is one...irritation of the anus and rectum. However, this is defined as a more serious inflammation of the GI tract and probably isn't the condition you're referring to

Just the itching you get from having a hairy ass with incompletely cleaned fecal matter mixed with sweat causing a smelly, itchy mess? we call that "cranky ass" in the medical profession. It really doesn't deserve a true medical name. :smile:
