He can do what he wants but he's become one of those people that most others loathe, people who cry about their lives, complain about their health, and feel bad about everything but do nothing about it. He needs to hit rock bottom before he realizes he needs to change, he might say he wants to change now but he's not doing anything so he really doesn't.

The Ron B getting into Fez's life is good stuff for the radio but Fez will die if this doesn't stop. Half a box of cereal as a snack is pure madness. His only response to people telling him that he eats badly is "I take my pills". That's not what should be happening.
