I think this comes from the NFL keeping everything in-house and you've got sports production people doing music numbers. This is how Janet Jackson screwed everything up.

Yes it was possible that the team itself might not have returned to the city after the hurricane because of the proposed damage to the city's infrastructure but they figured it out and got it done.

If this whole " God owed NO for Katrina " nonsense was believable then why not win in 2007, 2008 or 2009 ?

They won because they had a great QB, who had an all time season, and they had a team that was opportunistic and took advantage of extras that were given to them.
