We got a new TV in the locker room over the weekend, I took a picture today for Serpico since he refuses to believe that we conservatives have such a thing when his luxurious man guys in NYC do not offer the same product.

I think you are referring to his nephew.

Being named "unindicted co-conspirator" is a joke. Conspiracy itself is a crime, separate from the underlying offense. He refused a bribe. What a horrible politician. Accept the bribe to pay for better lawyers.

please...don't make him sound
like "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington"

yeah, here is what an honest guy says:

Murtha was videotaped turning down a $50,000 bribe while holding out the possibility that he might take money in the future, according to the Associated Press.

"We do business for a while, maybe I'll be interested and maybe I won't," Murtha said on the tape.

Things were on track for me to get my previous job back, and Murtha had to go and die. Knew him personally. Very nice guy, immersive personality.

I would have loved an apology for the entire war but what are you going to do.

Like I told a MSgt today on my facebook the man was wrong to speak out of turn about an ongoing military investigation but he did great things for PA, the country and the DOD. He served with honor and I do hold him as an inspiration.

Oooh Ra Devil Dog. Where were you stationed?

I know it well. Fortunately being with the Hercs my time on the ground at the stumps was minimal. We usually stayed at Mirimar during CAX and partied at the gaslamp district while the grunts were sleepin in the desert!

He sold his honor long before haditha....and what he did for pa, he did w/ other states money, who could've made better use of it. Where is the honor in that ?

Because you have anywhere near the record of service that this man did right? Thats why you feel you can say he has no honor?

His record speaks for itself....they didn't call it murthas corner for not.
...pls read me correctly " murtha SOLD his honor ".....if I need to explain it further. This statment aknowleges he served w/ honor, but lost his way. Is that more clear for you ?
