You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

He wasn't my favorite politician, but he did dedicate his life to serving this country so he deserves some respect.

I don't know much about Al Haig outside of the infamous "control" moment, but serving in 3 different administrations speaks about how well-regarded he was at the time.

He rose through the ranks pretty fast and was SACEUR -- almost being assassinated at one time.
