You probably didn't balance out your diet. Did you eat just veggies? You should mix it up a little ... tofu, beans, nuts, etc.

Its cool to see the looks on peoples faces when u say u dont like the meat silly people but im not reated like my freind who doesnt belive in the meat industry but he goes along with other industrys oh so hard to explain

I dont eat veggies exclusivly cause I did an vegetarian experiment once, and my results were just like hot4teacher...My health was down, and so was my weight. Went from like 180lbs, to 151 in like 5 weeks...now balance out my diet and do exercise regularly...that has provided me with balance.
