Keep in mind, this isn't a music video for her. It's a video art piece for exhibition in an art show, produced by Murakami, who's a pretty famous Japanese artist. They're not trying to play it off like she's singing the song, and it's not her on the track.

This is Murakami in front of one of his pieces. It's cartoony but I think it's kind of fun in a Keith Haring way.
