It's about a former Iraq veteran who is a nurse and returns to Jersey City.

When I first heard they were shooting in my neighborhood I got annoyed because I'd lose a parking space [the production company actually provided parking for those of us who would have gotten towed]. STILL, I didn't want to deal with film crews on my block (such as Law and Order: SVU and The Sopranos).

Of course I had to watch the first episode since they filmed the first scene two blocks from my apt. I GOT HOOKED! I heard they got picked up for a second season. Hooray!

I think the story lines are GREAT. And I don't mind taking a detour when they are shooting a scene on my route to work.

I watch it occasionally. It's not bad. I previously posted about how bad it looked, before it aired. The first promo ads for it really focused on the "overly dramatic" aspect, and I think they portrayed the show in TOTALLY the wrong light. I hope someone got fired for those promos.

I thought it looked terrible but watched some episodes on OnDemand and have to say-I enjoyed the show. Unfortunately, it is on at a really bad time and I'm not overly invested in it, so more than likely, this is a show which will be watched OnDemand or added to the ever increasing Netflix TV list.

The only shows I watch the night they air (and I never watch shows live anymore) are Heroes (hiatus), Damages, Sons of Anarchy (hiatus), Mad Men (hiatus) Southland, and the soon to return Breaking Bad.
