Got a census pre-letter today, what do I need to know?

When the real census comes next week, which this letter says it will, what do I need to answer on it? The government is sending these out as a way of knowing exactly what they are up against so what is my best bet in protecting myself?

I am thinking that if there is an option I will put down homosexual liberal black, them knowing a white republican is in their midst will simply put me at the top of their watch lists.

Are they any resources out there that can prepare me against what is going to be in my mailbox soon?

Getting this letter feels like an attack against me personally, as if they know what I am and they are simply trying to confirm it.

i ran a search to see if i was the only one who felt retarded in having such a hard time answering that question. it turns out there are a lot of tan latinos who have that problem. the census folks decided that everyone who is not dark (like sammy sosa used to be) is considered white (like sammy sosa is now).

We put down other for the wife and filled in Latino-White. I was pretty worried about doing it as I think it will warrant some kind of scary follow up from the feds, but it was all I could do to stick it to the man and their categorization of their population.
