Yes, I believe this is real, because the Russians were badass in everything during the Cold War, and I've seen a bear in a tutu ride a bicycle, so why not? These are just very, very trained bears from a Russian circus.

The feet definitely look weird, but there is plenty of documentation (http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22trained+bears%22+hockey&hl=en&ned=us&um=1&sa=N&lnav=m&scoring=t) of hockey playing bears, so I'd guess it's real.
