Mr. Flopsy was the bunny on UEH but he wasn't the star, the star was Nikki Cox's boobs. It was a funny show that you can catch repeats on FOX late at night.

If we are talking about the same show then this one looks like a rip off (whoo hoo hoo) of TV Funhoue...but I am not sure...

it's about behind the scenes of a puppet show where the puppets are real actors (kind of Meet the Feebles-y but not nearly, nearly, nearly, nearly, nearly, nearly as twisted). The characters are based on an IFC movie opener that's been around for awhile.
