Cousins has/will never get the foul calls that he should in the NCAA. I'm so fucking proud of the kid for maturing so much over the span of a college season. He has gone from a time bomb to a kid who shrugs off foul after flagrant foul. It only took one year for me to count him among my favorite alltime Cats.

I agree. And I'll even add a change the lad has made in me. The truth be told the whole "Cuz is gonna blow up" deal has been fed to us all year long. I'm starting to believe that we've bought it based on the whole big ole black kid image instead of any real facts. What I liked best about UK's win last night is it showed the defense is good enough to keep things under control even if the offense is sputtering.

But if they don't start hitting free throws, it's gonna bite them in the ass at some point. I think they can probably handle WVU pretty easily and make the Final Four. But it might get dicey after that if they don't pick it up.
